For the garden at Villa Bel Air, Van den Berk Nurseries supplied the trees and large shrubs, working in collaboration with Vereal, which undertook the entire project, including all ancillary works. Van den Berk provided the planting; the client selected the trees personally at the nursery in Sint-Oedenrode.

The garden features a broad mix of species, including many multi-stemmed and clear-stemmed specimens: Koelreuteria paniculata, Liquidambar styraciflua, Magnolia ×loebneri 'Merrill', Carpinus japonica 'Chinese Lantern' and Cornus kousa 'Milky Way'. Carpinus betulus is trained as a standard in screen form, while Fagus sylvatica is multi-stemmed in screen form.

Other trees include Quercus palustris, Platanus orientalis 'Minaret', Platanus ×hispanica 'Malburg' trained in roof form, Gleditsia triacanthos 'Shademaster', Acer palmatum 'Osakazuki', Amelanchier lamarckii and Euonymus europaeus 'Red Cascade'.

For planting around the trees, Van den Berk also supplied a hedge of 274 Elaeagnus ×ebbingei, supplemented with Prunus lusitanica and Ilex crenata 'Glory Gem' in ball form.
