Van den Berk Nurseries supplied part of the trees for Parc de Gasperich in Luxembourg City, commissioned by the City of Luxembourg. Covering 16,6 hectares, it is the city’s largest urban park, largely planted with trees, an orchard, shrubs along the water and flower-rich grassland that is mown only late in the season, allowing more space for insects and seed setting.

The trees are widely spaced and can grow freely, giving the park an irregular, natural appearance rather than straight rows. Around the Drosbach stream are trees and shrubs that hold the banks in place. Part of the site is occupied by an orchard with native fruit trees. The work was carried out by landscape contractor Plantations Weisen and landscape architecture practice Mersch Ingénieurs-Paysagistes (Carlo Mersch). They visited the nursery in Sint-Oedenrode to mark and inspect the trees.

The planting consists of a mix of native and ornamental species: Acer campestre (field maple), Carpinus betulus (hornbeam), hawthorn [exact species to be confirmed], Fraxinus excelsior (common ash) and Fagus sylvatica (beech), alongside distinctive species such as Ulmus 'Columella', Liquidambar styraciflua, Cercidiphyllum japonicum and Metasequoia glyptostroboides.

Walking and running routes, together with wooden footbridges, lead along the water and through the planting, ensuring that the greenery remains visible and accessible from the paths.
