Prunus x yedoensis 'Ivensii' is a decorative weeping form that is usually grafted on a stem. Height 3 - 4 m. The main branches grow out horizontally and the thin lateral branches hang vertically down. The wide oval leaves are 6 - 12 cm long. Emerging leaves are very light green. The autumn colour is yellow. Abundant flowers in late March and early April. The flowers are pale pink in the bud and emerge practically white. They have a slight almond scent. Flower diameter approx. 2.5 cm. No fruits. Winter hardiness zone: 6a
