Prunus subhirtella 'Pendula Plena Rosea' is a slow-growing broad weeping form, usually grafted on tall stem. The main branches spread more or less horizontally, the young thin twigs are drooping. Decorative winter silhouette. Ultimate height circa 4 m. The green leaves are slightly narrower than those of the species. Flowers around mid-April. Can flower very richly but not equally richly every year. The buds and double flowers are dark pink, later light pink. Flower diameter approximately 2 cm. Does not tolerate wet soil. Hardiness zone: 5b
