Cornus controversa 'Variegata' Cornus controversa 'Variegata'

Small tree with a layered, horizontal branching pattern that produces a striking habit. The crown eventually becomes as broad as it is tall. The young twigs turn from green to greenish brown. The alternating leaves are irregularly shaped, and the silvery white margins make the tree particularly decorative. The young leaf has a somewhat pinkish hue. The large, umbel-shaped flower corymbs can be followed by small, dark blue berries. However, the fruit yield is very variable and certainly not guaranteed in certain regions. Shallow rooting with a fine root system. Because the sap starts flowing early in the year, pruning should be done in summer or autumn.
Our trees can only be planted when they don't have any leaves. Due to the this we will start delivering again from November 2025.
