Formal private garden is located in a rich pine forest, close to the capital city of Prague. The modern house is surrounded by greenery with large trees planted and selected in the nursery by the customer. The trees are carefully placed in main views from the house.

The trees were chosen with a view to making a year-round impact in the garden. Whilst ornamental cherry trees dominate the rear of the garden, a large Pinus sylvestris is planted along with a number of flowering perennials in the main parterre. The colour composition is dominated by the autumn colour of the solitary maple Acer rubrum 'Brandywine'.  The woodland character is supported by the planting of woodland birch, Betula nigra.
