The interior atrium of this modern headquarters is a thoughtfully designed space where contemporary architecture is seamlessly complemented by tree plantings and lush vegetation. It functions as a calm zone within the administrative complex – ideal for a short break, informal meetings, or work-related conversations in an environment that connects people with nature.
At the heart of the garden stands a mature Amelanchier lamarckii, whose seasonal charm, airy crown structure, and dynamic form naturally enliven the central area. A water feature enhances the atmosphere, bringing tranquility and harmony into the atrium while accentuating the overall ambience of the space.
The planting composition is guided by a clearly defined aesthetic – the white trunks of Himalayan birch (Betula utilis var. Jacquemontii) create striking vertical lines, while the smaller Malus toringoides softens the edges of the garden. Both the material palette and the selection of plant species have been deliberately kept minimal to highlight the purity of lines and timeless elegance of the design.
The atrium is perceived not only as a part of the exterior, but also as a living element of the interior environment, offering attractive views from the workspaces and significantly contributing to the well-being of the building’s users.
