Evergreen trees and shrubs

Certain situations call for greenery during the winter time as well. Traditionally, a lot of people choose conifers, but there are a lot more options. What about holly, holm, prunus or various types of rhododendrons? These are suitable for camouflaging unwanted elements or for adding structure to both private gardens and public spaces. Some evergreens are cultivated as both trees and shrubs. Depending on the location and desired effect, you can choose from several possibilities. Our sales

Tree rhododendrons
The Van den Berk rhododendron nursery on the Rastede peat soil has an enormous variety of types and sizes on offer. The shrubs vary in height and width from 40 to 400 cm. As a result of careful cultivation and frequent pruning, the plants at this nursery are very compact and of the highest quality. They can be used as individual plants or as group planting. Because they are so compact, they also look very elegant beyond the flowering season. The trimmed ‘tree rhododendrons’ are very suitable as green individual elements. Even when they are not in full flower, their characterful trunks mean they are real eye-catchers.
