It costs € 85 (including VAT, excluding shipping and packaging costs) and can be obtained as follows:

An order confirmation with a request for payment will be sent to you by post. Your order will be sent after we receive the payment. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
4. Please contact info@vdberk.nl as well when you want to order more than 6 books or if you have any questions about the book.
